Punto Banco Policies and Scheme

[ English ]

Baccarat Principles

Baccarat banque is wagered on with 8 decks of cards in a shoe. Cards under 10 are worth their printed value and with Ten, Jack, Queen, King are zero, and A is one. Wagers are made on the ‘banker’, the ‘player’, or on a tie (these aren’t actual people; they simply represent the 2 hands to be dealt).

Two cards are dealt to both the ‘house’ and ‘player’. The value for every hand is the sum of the two cards, however the first number is ignored. e.g., a hand of 5 and six has a value of 1 (five plus 6 equals eleven; dump the first ‘one’).

A third card might be dealt using the following rules:

- If the player or bank achieves a total of eight or nine, the two players stand.

- If the gambler has five or lower, he takes a card. Players stands otherwise.

- If the gambler stands, the house takes a card on 5 or less. If the player takes a card, a chart is used to determine if the house stays or hits.

Baccarat Chemin de Fer Odds

The better of the two hands wins. Winning wagers on the house pay out 19 to 20 (even money less a 5 percent commission. Commission are kept track of and cleared out when you depart the game so make sure you still have money around just before you head out). Winning bets on the gambler pay one to one. Winning wagers for tie normally pays eight to one but occasionally 9 to 1. (This is a awful wager as ties occur less than 1 in every 10 hands. Be wary of gambling on a tie. Although odds are astonishingly greater for 9 to 1 versus 8:1)

Played properly baccarat banque gives generally good odds, aside from the tie wager of course.

Baccarat Method

As with all games Baccarat has a few established false impressions. One of which is similar to a false impression in roulette. The past isn’t a harbinger of future outcomes. Tracking previous results at a table is a poor use of paper and an affront to the tree that surrendered its life for our paper desires.

The most established and likely the most accomplished plan is the one-three-two-six tactic. This method is employed to maximize earnings and minimizing losses.

Start by wagering 1 unit. If you win, add 1 more to the two on the game table for a grand total of 3 units on the second bet. Should you succeed you will now have 6 on the table, remove 4 so you keep two on the 3rd wager. If you succeed on the third round, put down 2 to the four on the game table for a grand total of six on the fourth bet.

If you lose on the 1st wager, you take a loss of one. A profit on the 1st bet followed by a hit on the second brings about a loss of two. Success on the initial 2 with a loss on the third provides you with a take of 2. And wins on the initial 3 with a loss on the fourth means you experience no loss. Winning all 4 rounds leaves you with twelve, a profit of 10. This means you will be able to lose the 2nd wager five times for every successful run of four wagers and in the end, are even.
